nowadays, it’s not only about understanding people only, but also about how they act and how they define themselves in different contexts. and this is also true about the many different channels that we have to consumer information. Usually, each channel is used for a specific purpose. and if the content in that channel doesn’t meet that purpose, it will be filtered out, almost unconsciously. so it’s important to be present on different channels, but only as long as you understand what it is supposed to used for, and how it should fit within the bigger picture.
